Project Description

Pressure regulation is a critical requirement in many industrial, laboratory, and mechanical systems where consistency and safety are essential. Manual pressure control is often inaccurate, slow to respond, and highly dependent on operator experience. This project focused on transforming a traditional pressure regulation setup into a digitally controlled, user-friendly system with real-time feedback.

The system continuously measures pressure using calibrated sensors and presents live data on a Nextion touchscreen. Users can monitor pressure levels visually, define operating thresholds, and respond immediately to abnormal conditions, significantly improving system reliability.

The Challenge

The key challenge was achieving stable, accurate pressure control while ensuring the system remained intuitive for non-technical users. Sensor noise, delayed response, and safe handling of pressure limits were critical concerns.

The Process

Pressure sensors were carefully selected and calibrated. A closed-loop control algorithm was developed on Arduino to stabilize pressure in real time. A clean, industrial-style Nextion interface was designed to display live readings and system states.

The Solution

A digital pressure regulation system combining real-time sensing, closed-loop control, and a professional touchscreen interface.

The Results
